The first regular issue of Cavite Times Journal was published and circulated on March 9, 2004, with minimum of 500 copies of newspapers.
Good leaders create a vision, articulate a vision and passionately owns a vision and turn it into a reality\u201d – Jack Welch.

I being the publisher and Editor-in-Chief, make a promise that through my determination, perseverance and hard work, would undertake any task entrusted to me by the communities and fulfill it in the best possible way.

In my publication, I expect full cooperation from my fellow publishers and peers. New ideas, new sections in the issue are always welcome by the Editorial Board. The editorial board is looking forward to make this publication a vehicle for all people in any walks of life to express their innermost thoughts. I hope this publication goes on to become the best service in publication to our entire province.
