IMUS CITY, Cavite \u2014 The Cavite Police Provincial Office (PPO) joined the Department of Agriculture and local agricultural offices in supporting farmers and local entrepreneurs by launching its own Kadiwa ng Pangulo store inside its headquarters at Camp BGen. Acting Provincial Director Police Col. Dwight Alegre, said the store aims to provide affordable basic goods to the police force and nearby communities while empowering local farmers, fisherfolk, and small entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe establishment of the KNP Store at Cavite PPO demonstrates the Philippine National Police\u2019s active support for national programs that uplift both the general public and local producers,\u201d Alegre said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He added that this initiative reflects the PNP\u2019s broader commitment to community service, sustainable development, and economic empowerment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThis initiative directly benefits local farmers, fisherfolk, and small-scale entrepreneurs by offering a direct market for their products while enabling the community to access essential goods at more affordable prices,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
DA Calabarzon lauded the Cavite PPO\u2019s move to establish Kadiwa ng Pangulo inside their camp, saying this underscores multisectoral collaboration in advancing food sufficiency and building economic resilience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
PNP personnel, partner agencies, and community stakeholders participated in the initial Kadiwa Market Day on May 30, featuring a wide variety of fresh produce and other goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Alegre stressed that the establishment of Kadiwa ng Pangulo store inside their headquarters reflects their dedication not just to public safety, but also to uplifting lives through social service and sustainable livelihood support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
