This was followed by sectoral discussions where representatives from various fields shared insights, needs, and proposals to help shape the city\u2019s priorities for the coming years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mayor Advincula emphasized, \u201cThe Executive Legislative Agenda is a vital tool to ensure stronger collaboration between the executive and legislative branches. Through this, we can set a clear direction and accelerate progress toward the aspirations of every Imuse\u00f1o.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ELA serves as a roadmap for effective coordination between city departments, aiming to deliver responsive, efficient, and people-centered governance. With well-defined goals and strategies, it strengthens the city\u2019s capacity to implement development programs and respond to community needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More than a planning document, the ELA
