Global retail giant signals strong momentum in Riverpark and the province of Cavite<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

GENERAL TRIAS, CAVITE <\/strong>\u2013 Federal Land NRE Global Inc. (FNG), together with Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc. (FRPH), marked the opening of the UNIQLO Logistics Facility at Riverpark North, underscoring a key milestone for both companies and reinforcing Cavite\u2019s role in regional logistics and investment activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Designed to elevate logistics operations through advanced technology, worker-centric spaces, and environmentally sustainable features, the facility sets a new benchmark for modern industrial development in the region. It is also positioned as UNIQLO\u2019s largest logistics hub in Southeast Asia, expanding the brand\u2019s supply chain capacity while strengthening its operations in the Philippines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis new warehouse marks a new chapter for us in the Philippines, supporting our commitment to responsible growth while staying true to our purpose. Through our partnership with FNG, we aim to create local jobs and contribute to the community\u2019s development. We hope this facility will become a benchmark for supply chain excellence in the country,\u201d as shared by Geraldine Sia, UNIQLO Philippines Chief Operating Officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now operational, the facility enhances UNIQLO Philippines\u2019 first-mile logistics capabilities through its strategic location in the Southern Tagalog region, enabling faster and more efficient distribution of LifeWear products to customers across the country. The development also generates employment opportunities for hundreds of local residents and provides a thoughtfully designed work environment that prioritizes employee comfort and wellbeing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With its scale and operational importance, the UNIQLO Logistics Facility reinforces Riverpark\u2019s emergence as a thriving growth corridor. The Federal Land community continues to attract a mix of global and local partners, steadily building a diverse and future-ready ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe opening of this logistics facility marks a crucial step in strengthening the operational backbone of UNIQLO in the Philippines,\u201d said FNG President Thomas Mirasol. \u201cIt supports not only business growth, but also efficiency, reliability, and the ability to serve customers better.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond logistics, Riverpark is evolving into a fully integrated, mixed-use destination. Planned developments such as the upcoming SM City General Trias and the presence of Ateneo de Manila University signal continued investment in retail, education, and lifestyle components\u2014key elements that support a self-sustaining environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
