On the other hand, Atty. Purificacion Bartolome-Bernabe highlighted the iPBA\u2019s vital role in educating the public through lectures, protecting vulnerable groups, including overseas Filipinos, and building networks with pro bono legal organizations internationally, as well as law schools with legal clinics in the Philippines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the agreement, iPBA will primarily accommodate legal referrals from the CFO for free consultation and counseling. The partnership also covers the delivery of legal education through lectures and support for various initiatives benefiting overseas Filipinos and their families, both locally and abroad.
