Rosario, Cavite Holds Flag Raising Ceremony and PNP Ethics Day Celebration
The Municipality of Rosario, Cavite began the morning with a solemn Flag Raising Ceremony led by Mayor Jose Voltaire Ricafrente, Vice Mayor Bamm Gonzales, and members of the Sangguniang Bayan. The event underscored the local government’s dedication to unity and service as the community welcomed the new year.
Coinciding with the ceremony was the observance of PNP Ethics Day, carrying the theme “Integridad at Disiplina, Pundasyon ng Serbisyong Mabilis, Tapat at Nararamdaman, tungo sa Bagong PNP para sa Bagong Pilipinas.” The celebration highlighted the vital role of the Philippine National Police in maintaining peace, order, and security, while reinforcing their commitment to efficient, humane, and trustworthy service to the people.
