Arangkada Program Reaches Castaños Cerca, Bailen – Supporting Cavite’s Transport Heroes

Bailen, Cavite – May 14, 2026 – The Provincial Government of Cavite continues to drive progress as the Arangkada Program extends its reach to Barangay Castaños Cerca, Bailen, providing financial support to tricycle and jeepney drivers who serve as the lifeblood of Cavite’s connectivity and mobility.  

The event was spearheaded by Governor Francisco Gabriel “Abeng” Remulla, who emphasized the government’s commitment to uplifting grassroots communities and recognizing the vital role of transport workers. He was joined by Vice Governor Ram Revilla Bautista, whose presence underscored the provincial leadership’s united dedication to inclusive development.  

Also present was 8th District Board Member Jasmin Maligaya Bautista, who expressed her support for initiatives that directly benefit Caviteños, alongside Mayor Dennis Mojica Glean of Bailen, who warmly welcomed the program and highlighted its impact on local drivers and their families.  

The activity was further strengthened by the participation of local officials of Bailen, who stood in solidarity with the provincial government in ensuring that every driver receives the recognition and assistance they deserve.  

The Arangkada Program remains a flagship initiative of Cavite, designed to empower hardworking transport workers and sustain the province’s momentum toward growth and unity.
