597 Graduates Honored at “Araw ng Pagtatapos” of Revilla Training Center in Bacoor
Revilla Hall, Bacoor – December 2, 2025 — A wave of pride and celebration swept through the Revilla Training Center as 597 graduates were honored during the “Araw ng Pagtatapos” ceremony, a testament to Bacoor’s commitment to inclusive growth and livelihood empowerment.
Spearheaded by the City Government of Bacoor under the dynamic leadership of Mayor Strike B. Revilla, the event marked a significant milestone in the city’s ongoing mission to uplift lives through skills development. The initiative was made possible through the City Livelihood and Development Department, led by Ms. Carmelita Gawaran, in partnership with TESDA and various technical-vocational institutions.
Mayor Strike Revilla, known for his hands-on approach and deep-rooted advocacy for community development, delivered an inspiring message to the graduates. He emphasized the importance of perseverance, continuous learning, and using acquired skills to build a better future—not just for themselves, but for their families and the entire Bacoor community.
“Ang tagumpay ninyo ay tagumpay ng buong Bacoor,” Mayor Revilla said, drawing applause from the crowd. “Patuloy tayong magtulungan upang mas marami pa ang makinabang sa mga programang pangkabuhayan ng ating lungsod.”

The graduates completed training in a wide array of livelihood programs, including:
– Culinary arts: Hot Meals, Cold Meals, Cookery NC II
– Baking and pastry: Cake Making, Bread Making, Cake Decoration
– Wellness and beauty: Nail Care Servicing, Body Massage
– Creative crafts: Floral Arrangement, Candle Making, Soap Making, Rug Making
– Technical trades: Driving NC II, Dressmaking NC II, Dishwashing, Fabcon
These programs were conducted in collaboration with institutions such as Cavite School of St. Mark and Millennial Choice Institute and Assessment Center, ensuring high-quality training aligned with industry standards.

The ceremony was graced by key figures including BM Alde Pagulayan, Doc Bob De Castro (PESO Head), Ms. Melissa Tuazon (TESDA Cavite), and AVP Cong. Lani Mercado Revilla, whose presence underscored the strong support system behind Bacoor’s livelihood agenda. Barangay officials and representatives from partner institutions also joined in celebrating the graduates’ achievements.
