Vice Mayors of Cavite: Champions of Local Governance in 2025

The Pulso ng Bayan Year-End Survey 2025, conducted by Social Pulse Philippines, offers more than just numbers—it paints a picture of how Cavite’s vice mayors are shaping their communities. With 5,000 respondents and a margin of error of ±3%, the survey highlights the growing trust in leaders who balance legislative duties with grassroots connection.  

At the forefront is Vice Mayor Jonas Labuguen of General Trias City, whose remarkable 95.2% satisfaction rating reflects not only his legislative leadership but also his ability to resonate with the everyday needs of his constituents. His performance signals a strong alignment between governance and public expectation.  

Close behind, Vice Mayor Agnes Tolentino of Tagaytay City (94.7%) and Vice Mayor Doc Aldous Angeles of Maragondon (93.5%) demonstrate how effective collaboration with communities can translate into sustained confidence. Their ratings show that citizens value leaders who are visible, approachable, and proactive in addressing local concerns.
