Trece Martires City, Cavite — The City Government of Trece Martires gathered on April 6, 2026, for its weekly Flag Raising Ceremony, led by the Office of the City Budget Officer. The event was graced by the presence of Mayor Gemma Lubigan, Vice Mayor Bobby Montehermoso, and city officials, who joined employees and residents in honoring the nation’s flag and celebrating community milestones.
The ceremony also recognized employees celebrating their birthdays this week, as well as notable achievements within the city:
– Barangay Lallana was honored as the first barangay to achieve Grade 2 or Basic Sanitation Status.
– Pat Kim Jhasper R. Alarca of PNP Trece Martires was congratulated for winning 2nd Runner-Up in The Singing Cops of the Philippines Season 2 Regional Level, held at Camp BGen Vicente P. Lim, Calamba City on March 31, 2026.
