CALABARZON RDC facilitates turnover of HRRDA 2023-2028 to strengthen regional R&D
The CALABARZON Regional Development Council (RDC), through its Regional Research, Development, and Innovation Committee (RRDIC), facilitated the ceremonial turnover of the Harmonized Regional Research and Development Agenda (HRRDA) 2023-2028 during its First Quarter Full Council Meeting at the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) IV-A, Barangay Milagrosa, Calamba City, Laguna on March 6.
The ceremonial turnover of the HRRDA was joined by Ms. Carmel Matabang, Regional Director of NEDA Regional Office IV-A – Calabarzon and Vice Chairperson of RDC; Ms. Emelita P. Bagsit, Regional Director of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST)-CALABARZON and Chair of the RRDIC; and Dr. Candida B. Adalla, President of the Philippine Agriculture and Resources Research Foundation Inc. (PARRFI) and Co-Chair of the RRDIC.
During the event, RD Bagsit, expressed her gratitude and commended the committee for its dedication in crafting the agenda. Meanwhile, RD Matabang, emphasized the importance of utilizing the HRRDA as a strategic guide for RDC agencies in planning and implementing their projects, programs, and initiatives.
