Ceremonial Turnover of Donated Desktop Computers from Kolin Philippines with City Mayor Jenny A. Barzaga
Dasmariñas City, Cavite – In a meaningful display of corporate social responsibility and public-private partnership, Kolin Philippines formally turned over a set of donated desktop computers to the City Government of Dasmariñas in a ceremonial event led by City Mayor Hon. Jenny Austria Barzaga.
Held at the Dasmariñas City Government Center, the turnover ceremony highlighted the shared goal of enhancing digital access and empowering the city’s various departments and institutions with updated technological resources.
Mayor Barzaga personally received the computer units on behalf of the city and expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Kolin Philippines for their generous donation and steadfast support to the local government’s modernization and digitization efforts.
“This donation will go a long way in improving the delivery of our public services. It is through partnerships like this that we are able to build a more progressive, inclusive, and tech-enabled city for every Dasmarineño,” Mayor Barzaga said during her brief message.
Representatives from Kolin Philippines also expressed their commitment to continue supporting programs that uplift communities and promote education, efficiency, and innovation.
The donated desktop computers are expected to be distributed to various public service offices and potentially to schools or community learning centers in need of upgraded digital equipment. This initiative is in line with the city’s vision of strengthening ICT (Information and Communications Technology) capacity in both education and governance sectors.
The City Government of Dasmariñas continues to push forward with initiatives aimed at improving public service delivery, bridging the digital divide, and creating more opportunities for growth and development among its citizens.
