For a Healthier GenTriseño This Christmas: A Yuletide Gift from the City Government Led by Mayor Jon-Jon Ferrer

As December begins, the City Government of General Trias, under the leadership of Mayor “Jon-Jon” Ferrer, once again brings the true spirit of Christmas to life giving, compassion, and unity.

Through the “Pamaskong Handog” (Christmas Offering) program, over 1,500 GenTriseños have already received medical and financial assistance. This initiative is part of the city’s ongoing commitment to ensure that no one is left behind, especially in matters of health and well-being. Beneficiaries include senior citizens, persons with disabilities (PWDs), and families in need.

Mayor Jon-Jon Ferrer shared, “Christmas is a time for giving and caring. Through these programs, we want every GenTriseño to feel that they are not alone that their government is here to support and uplift them.”

This coming weekend, the distribution of Christmas gift packs will officially begin across various barangays. The goal is to spread joy and abundance to every household, especially during these challenging times.

This initiative aligns with the city’s broader campaign for SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being, supported by the #AlagangGenTriAlagangFerrer program. With medical missions, free consultations, and financial aid, Mayor Ferrer’s administration continues to champion a healthier, happier, and more prosperous General Trias.

In this season of giving, the warmth of compassion and solidarity is truly felt throughout GenTri. Let us celebrate Christmas with hearts open to helping and loving one another.
