Mayor Jonjon Ferrer Leads Progress Inspection of General Trias Police and Fire Station Construction
General Trias City, Cavite – Mayor Jonjon Ferrer, together with the City Engineering Office and project contractors, personally conducted a progress inspection of the ongoing construction of the General Trias Police Station and Fire Station located in Barangay Sampalucan.
The inspection is part of the city government’s regular monitoring of local and national infrastructure projects to ensure quality standards and timely completion. Mayor Ferrer emphasized that these facilities will play a vital role in strengthening public safety and supporting the dedicated men and women of the PNP General Trias and BFP General Trias in their service to the community.
“Ang ating mga proyekto ay hindi lamang gusali, kundi simbolo ng mas ligtas at mas maayos na pamayanan. Sa tulong ng ating kapulisan at bombero, masisiguro natin ang kapayapaan at kaligtasan ng bawat GenTriseño,” Mayor Ferrer said.
The construction of modern police and fire stations reflects the city’s commitment to good governance, efficient public service, and sustainable urban development, aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities.
