Bacoor City, Cavite – May 1, 2026 – On Labor Day, the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) Regional Office IV-A unveiled its YAKAP Program (Yakap para sa Manggagawa, Yakap sa Pamilyang Pilipino) at Main Square Mall, Bacoor City.
