Bawat Barangay Makikinabang Program Launched in City of Carmona

CARMONA, CAVITE — The Provincial Government of Cavite, under the leadership of Governor Juanito Victor “Abeng” Remulla, successfully held the Bawat Barangay Makikinabang Program (BBMP) in the City of Carmona. The event was graced by Executive Secretary Ralph G. Recto as guest of honor, alongside mayors and elected officials from various municipalities and cities across Cavite.

Mayor Dahlia Loyola warmly welcomed the provincial delegation and emphasized Carmona’s commitment to inclusive development. She expressed gratitude for the program, highlighting that the additional funding will empower barangays to implement projects that directly address the needs of their communities.

Through the BBMP, all 829 barangays in Cavite will receive ₱200,000 each from the Socio-Civic Project Funds (SCPF) of the Office of the President. This initiative ensures that no barangay is left behind, strengthening local governance and providing opportunities for youth education, livelihood programs, and community development projects.

Governor Remulla underscored the importance of collaboration between the provincial and local governments, while Mayor Loyola reaffirmed Carmona’s readiness to maximize the program’s benefits for its residents. The BBMP stands as a testament to the government’s vision of “Bayan Muna Lagi, Dapat Angat Lahat.”
