Cavite Leaders Unite in Support of SONA 2026 Programs

Imus City, Cavite – In the wake of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.’s State of the Nation Address (SONA) 2026, Cavite’s leaders expressed their collective commitment to ensuring that the President’s vision translates into concrete services that will uplift the lives of every Filipino.

Mayor Alex Advincula, Congressman AJ Advincula, Congressman Ping Remulla, SILG Jonvic Remulla, Congressman Ony Ferrer, and Congressman Roy Loyola stood together in affirming their dedication to align local governance with the national agenda.

Mayor Advincula emphasized that the SONA laid out vital programs and directions for the country’s progress. “Ang mahalaga ngayon ay maisalin ang mga ito sa konkretong serbisyo at maramdaman ng bawat Pilipino,” he said, underscoring Imus City’s readiness to act on the President’s call.

Congressman AJ Advincula and Congressman Ping Remulla highlighted the importance of unity in governance, while SILG Jonvic Remulla reiterated the Department of the Interior and Local Government’s support for strengthening local autonomy and service delivery.

Congressmen Ony Ferrer and Roy Loyola likewise pledged to advance legislative measures that will complement the President’s agenda, ensuring Cavite remains a hub of development and opportunity in the region.

With the SONA 2026 as a guiding framework, Cavite’s leaders reaffirm their pledge to transform plans into action proving that good governance is best measured by the services felt by the people.
