OPHRMO facilitates leadership training for PGC employees
The Office of the Human Resource Management Officer (OPHRMO) facilitated a Leadership Skills Training focused on “Loving Workspaces” on September 10, 2024, at the Provincial Capitol Ceremonial Hall in Trece Martires City. The event aimed to equip Provincial Government of Cavite (PGC) employees with the necessary skills to foster harmonious and productive work environments.
The training proper was led by Ms. Lualhati Briones, Academic Services Coordinator – Golden Link Colleges Inc., who shared valuable insights on leadership emphasizing the importance of creating a positive, compassionate workspace that motivates employees to perform at their best while maintaining strong teamwork and collaboration.
Employees from various departments attended the session and actively participated in discussions and group activities. The seminar served as a platform for the exchange of ideas, allowing attendees to gain a deeper understanding of leadership’s role in nurturing professional relationships and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
The training is part of the PGC’s Employees Month celebration and OPHRMO’s ongoing efforts to equip PGC employees with the skills needed to lead with confidence and create workspaces that encourage productivity, innovation, and employee satisfaction. (From FB/page)
