Cavite Carrer Caravan in Tagaytay City

The Cavite Career Caravan made its stop at Fora Mall in Tagaytay City on September 20, 2024, providing employment opportunities for 230 jobseekers. Organized by the Office of the Provincial Public Employment Service Manager (OPPESM) in partnership with SK Provincial Federation and various national agencies, the event aimed to bridge the gap between jobseekers and employers across the province.

A total of 37 participating companies and national agencies which include PSA, NBI, Pag-ibig, SSS, OWWA, BIR, DTI and TESDA gathered to offer a wide range of career options. By the end of the day, 30 jobseekers were successfully hired on the spot, marking the event’s success in matching talents with suitable roles.

The caravan is part of the Provincial Government of Cavite’s continuous efforts to support employment and livelihood in the province. Through initiatives like this, more Caviteños gain access to meaningful job opportunities, contributing to local economic growth. –J. Patulot
