Alfonso Strengthens Public Health Services Through PhilHealth KonSulTa Program

The Municipal Government of Alfonso continues to prioritize the health and well-being of every Alfonseño. In alignment with the Universal Health Care Act, a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was recently signed between the local government and FTCC Solutions Inc. This partnership marks the beginning of a mass registration initiative for the PhilHealth Konsultasyong Sulit at Tama (KonSulTa) Program, a nationwide effort to make essential health services more accessible to all Filipinos.

Through the KonSulTa Program, registered residents—regardless of economic status—will gain access to a wide range of free medical services. These include medical consultations, health risk screenings, selected laboratory and diagnostic tests, and essential medicines. By removing financial barriers, the program ensures that every citizen can seek timely and appropriate care without worrying about cost.

This initiative reflects Alfonso’s commitment to inclusive and proactive governance. By bringing healthcare directly to the barangays, the local government is making it easier for residents to participate in the registration process and benefit from the program. Upcoming announcements will detail the schedule for mass registration in each barangay, ensuring that no one is left behind.

The PhilHealth KonSulTa Program is more than just a health initiative—it is a testament to the municipality’s dedication to responsible service. Under the leadership of #RSIkatlongTermino, Alfonso continues to uphold its promise of delivering programs that uplift and protect its people. Health is not a privilege—it is a right, and Alfonso is making that right a reality.

In Alfonso, public service is rooted in compassion, action, and accountability. As the community moves forward together, programs like KonSulTa serve as powerful reminders that progress begins with people—and that every Alfonseño deserves a healthy, dignified life.
