Revilla Center Inauguration Marks New Chapter for Bacoor Livelihood Programs
Bacoor City celebrated a major milestone in its commitment to community development and technical education with the blessing of the newly constructed Revilla Center—a state-of-the-art training facility dedicated to empowering Bacooreños through skills development and livelihood programs.
Held last Monday, the event was graced by the tireless Mayor Strike B. Revilla, city councilors, and key figures from both local and national institutions. Among the distinguished guests were Liga ng Barangay Vice President Randy Francisco, TESDA Provincial Director Gérardo Marasigan, Regional Director Aarchie Grande, Deputy Director General for Admission Galo B. Glino III, Deputy Secretary Vidal D. Villanueva III, and Hon. Jose Francisco “Kiko” Benitez. Also in attendance were Kap Jonnel Eusebio and other council members, showing strong support for the city’s vision.
The Revilla Center stands proudly on a lot generously donated by the Gawaran family, symbolizing the spirit of collaboration between private citizens and the government. With the backing of TESDA and the local government, the center is poised to become a hub for technical education, offering residents access to training programs that can lead to sustainable employment and entrepreneurship.
This initiative aligns with Bacoor’s broader mission to uplift its citizens through inclusive and accessible education. By equipping individuals with practical skills, the city aims to foster economic growth, reduce unemployment, and build a more resilient community.
