Mayor Advincula Leads Initiative to Empower Imuseño Entrepreneurs

City of Imus, Cavite – Under the leadership of Mayor Alex “AA” Advincula, a significant meeting was held to discuss new initiatives that will provide greater opportunities for OTOPreneurs and Imuseño entrepreneurs.  

Present during the meeting were Councilor Mark Villanueva, Chairperson of the Committee on Trade, Commerce and Industry; Ms. Jhett Vilbar-Lungcay, Head of LEDIPO; Ms. Clare Mari Torralba, Executive Director of the Learning Delivery Services Division of PTTC; Ms. Danica Lozada, Senior Trade Industry Development Specialist of the same office; and Ms. Julie Salvacion, Division Chief of BDD DTI Cavite.  

The initiative aims to strengthen the capabilities of local businesses through training, mentorship, and other programs designed to help them grow and thrive. With the support of the city government, this effort reaffirms the commitment to make Imuseño enterprises more resilient and competitive in an expanding market.  

Mayor Advincula emphasized, “Our OTOPreneurs and MSMEs are the backbone of the local economy. Through these programs, we provide them with the right knowledge and support to grow their businesses and create more jobs for our people.”  

This undertaking highlights the continued collaboration between the local government, national agencies, and the private sector to promote inclusive growth and sustainable development in the City of Imus.
