Alfonso, Cavite – Rain or shine, service for the Caviteños continues. The Provincial Government of Cavite, under the leadership of Governor Francisco Gabriel “Abeng” Remulla and Vice Governor Ram Revilla Bautista, formally opened a newly cemented road in Sitio Katutay, Barangay Matagbak 1, Alfonso.
