Mayor Dahlia Loyola Leads MOA Signing Between LGU Carmona and Community Life for PWD-Inclusive Development
Carmona City Mayor Dahlia Loyola spearheaded the successful signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Local Government Unit of Carmona and Community Life, represented by its President, Mr. Koji Matsumoto.
The partnership marks a significant step toward building a more inclusive and accessible community, with the active involvement of the Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO). Through this collaboration, both parties aim to strengthen disability-inclusive development initiatives and provide opportunities for capacity-building, including an International Study Tour in Japan for selected PDAO personnel.
Mayor Loyola emphasized the importance of ensuring that no one is left behind in Carmona’s progress. “This agreement reflects our shared vision of a community where inclusivity is not just a principle but a practice. Sama-sama nating itaguyod ang komunidad na Dapat Angat Lahat,” she said.
The initiative underscores Carmona’s commitment to empowering persons with disabilities, fostering collaboration, and promoting equal opportunities for all sectors of society.
