Kadiwa ng Pangulo Launched in Trece Martires City, Offering Affordable Goods to Residents

Trece Martires City — On August 28, 2025, the City Hall covered court became the venue for the successful launch of Kadiwa ng Pangulo, spearheaded by the Office of the City Agriculturist with the strong support of Mayor Gemma Lubigan. The initiative is part of a national effort to make essential goods more accessible and affordable to Filipino families.

Hundreds of Treceños benefited from the event, which featured a wide array of products including fresh fruits and vegetables, dried fish, dairy items, coffee, native delicacies, and other locally sourced goods. These items were made available at reduced prices, directly supporting both consumers and local producers by eliminating middlemen.

Mayor Gemma Lubigan emphasized the importance of inclusive and compassionate governance in her message during the event. “The Kadiwa ng Pangulo is more than just a marketplace—it’s a symbol of unity and service,” she said. “We envision a city where every resident has access to quality and affordable living.”

The program aligns with the city’s advocacy for Good Governance for Better Life (GGBL), promoting a safe, humane, and inclusive community. Through partnerships with agricultural sectors, local vendors, and civic organizations, Trece Martires continues to strengthen its role as a hub for sustainable development.

Under the banner Bagong Trece: Heart of Cavite, City of Hope, the local government remains committed to delivering heartfelt public service. With initiatives like Kadiwa ng Pangulo, Trece Martires City reaffirms its dedication to uplifting lives through practical solutions and visionary leadership.
