Tiongson ang plake at sertipiko ng pagkilala sa unang Lunes ng Lingguhang Pagtaas ng Watawat sa Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium, Lungsod ng Malolos, Bulacan kamakailan matapos maparangalan ng Best Implementor for Population and Development Intergration sa ginanap na The Outstanding Population Structure (TOPS) Regional Awards noong Marso 19, 2026 sa Sacop Ephatha Development Center, Lungsod ng San Fernando, Pampanga.
