Educational Assistance Extended to Kawiteño Scholars Through DSWD and Local Government Partnership

Kawit, Cavite — The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), in partnership with the Local Government of Kawit under the leadership of Mayor Armie Aguinaldo, has successfully distributed educational assistance to parents and guardians of beneficiaries under the Iskolar ng Bayan Program. This initiative supports students from Grades 1 to 12, ensuring that young Kawiteños continue to pursue their education despite financial challenges.

Congressman Jolo Revilla of Cavite’s First District commended the program, emphasizing that education remains one of the most vital investments for the future of the youth. “Sa ating Distrito, naniniwala tayo na ang edukasyon ang pinakamahalagang puhunan para sa mas magandang kinabukasan ng bawat kabataan,” Revilla stated, reaffirming his commitment to championing educational opportunities for Caviteños.
