Kawit Secures P4.6 Million for Barangay Development Under National Program
Kawit, Cavite – Mayor Armie Aguinaldo formally announced the acceptance of P4.6 million in project funds for the municipality of Kawit, as part of the national government’s Bawat Barangay Makikinabang Program.
The substantial allocation will be equally distributed among Kawit’s 23 barangays, ensuring that each community directly benefits from the initiative. The funds will support barangay scholars and strengthen other priority projects and essential needs identified by local leaders.
Mayor Aguinaldo emphasized that this program reflects her administration’s commitment to inclusive growth and responsive governance. “Ang malaking halagang ito ay pantay na ipamamahagi sa ating mga barangay upang mas matugunan ang kanilang pangangailangan. Sa pamamagitan nito, mas mapapabilis nating maipaabot ang Rated Triple A na pagseserbisyo para sa mas Magandang Kawit,” she stated.
The initiative is expected to accelerate community development, empower local projects, and uplift the lives of Kawiteños. With the support of the national government, Mayor Aguinaldo reaffirmed her dedication to service marked by puso at malasakit — compassion and care for her constituents.
