Governor Athena Tolentino led the Women’s Welfare Program in its impactful return to Trece Martires City, delivering ₱2,000 in financial aid to 2,000 women. She was joined by 7th District Board Member Francisco Gabriel “Abeng” Remulla, Mayor Gemma Lubigan, Vice Mayor Bobby Montehermoso, and members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, all showing unwavering support for women’s empowerment and community growth.
