City of General Trias Honors Top 20 Corporate Taxpayers for 2024 and 2025 

General Trias, Cavite — The City Government of General Trias proudly recognized its Top 20 Corporate Taxpayers for the years 2024 and 2025 during the recently held Investors’ Day Celebration, a testament to the city’s commitment to fostering a business-friendly environment and sustainable economic growth. 

Mayor Jonjon Ferrer led the awarding ceremony, personally commending the companies for their invaluable contributions to the city’s development. He emphasized that the strong partnership between the local government and the private sector continues to drive progress, create jobs, and uplift the lives of General Triaseños. 

> “Ang ating mga corporate taxpayers ay katuwang sa pag-unlad ng General Trias. Ang kanilang patuloy na pamumuhunan at pagtitiwala ay nagbibigay-daan sa mas maayos na serbisyo publiko at mas maraming oportunidad para sa ating mga kababayan,” Mayor Ferrer said. 

2024 Top 20 Corporate Taxpayers

Real Property Tax honorees include The Purefoods Hormel Corp., Unilever Philippines Inc., Property Company of Friends, Inc., Eagle Ridge Golf & Country Club, Inc., and Megaworld Corp., among others. 

Business Tax awardees feature Analog Devices Gen. Trias, Inc., House Technology Industries, JAE Philippines Inc., Schneider Electric, and Divine Grace Medical Center, among others. 

2025 Top 20 Corporate Taxpayers

For Real Property Tax, leading contributors include The Purefoods Hormel Corp., Unilever Philippines Inc., Federal Land, RL Commercial Reit Inc., and Gateway Property Holdings, Inc. 

Meanwhile, Business Tax awardees include Analog Devices Gen. Trias, Inc., House Technology Industries, SMC Neuventures Corp., Antel Holdings (Gen. Trias), Inc., and Gentri Medical Center & Hospital, Inc. 

Mayor Ferrer highlighted that these recognitions are not only a celebration of corporate responsibility but also a reaffirmation of General Trias’ vision to be a progressive, business-friendly city. 

The Investors’ Day event also underscored the city’s alignment with Sustainable Development Goal 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), reinforcing its dedication to good governance, inclusive growth, and long-term prosperity.
