Proclamation of winning candidates in Cavite successfully held
The Province of Cavite officially concluded its provincial canvassing and proclamation of winning candidates on May 13, 2025, at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Session Hall, Legislative Building in Trece Martires City.
The Provincial Board of Canvassers (PBOC), led by Chairperson Atty. Mitzele Veron L. Morales-Castro, Provincial Election Supervisor IV, along with Provincial Prosecutor Vivian M. Rojo, and Dr. Rosemarie D. Torres, School Division Superintendent, presided over the final proceedings of the vote canvassing and the proclamation ceremony. The event marked the successful and peaceful culmination of the electoral process in the province.
Candidates declared winners were formally announced after the completion of canvassing results, following the guidelines and procedures set by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC). Family members, supporters, and local government officials witnessed the proclamation, signifying the democratic exercise of the people’s will in Cavite.
The PBOC extended its gratitude to all election personnel, volunteers, law enforcement agencies, and Caviteños for ensuring a smooth, orderly, and credible election process.
