Civil Wedding Ceremony in Tanza
Tanza, Cavite – The Pamahalaang Bayan ng Tanza, under the leadership of Mayor Archangelo “SM” Matro, successfully held a Civil Wedding Ceremony that officially united 17 couples in marriage. As part of the celebration, each newlywed couple received a rice cooker, an electric fan, a cash gift, and an official photo from the local government.
Mayor Matro emphasized that the initiative reflects the municipality’s commitment to supporting families as they begin their new journey together. “Ang layunin ng Pamahalaang Bayan ng Tanza ay hindi lamang magbigay ng seremonya kundi maghatid din ng tulong na makakatulong sa kanilang pagsisimula bilang mag-asawa,” Mayor Matro stated.
The gifts symbolize practical assistance for the couples’ household needs and highlight the government’s dedication to strengthening the institution of family within the community. This program is part of Tanza’s broader mission to provide meaningful services that embody Serbisyo sa Mamamayan and Malasakit sa Bayan.
