Imus City Opens 3rd Invitational Softball Tournament with Congressman AJ Advincula and Mayor Alex Advincula Leading the Charge
Imus City, Cavite — The rain could not dampen the excitement as the 3rd Imus City Invitational Softball Tournament officially kicked off at the Imus City Grandstand and Track Oval. Athletes, coaches, and supporters gathered to celebrate the city’s growing sports culture, marked by discipline, teamwork, and unwavering sportsmanship.
Congressman AJ Advincula highlighted the importance of sports in shaping the youth and strengthening community bonds. “Higit pa sa pagiging kampeon, mahalaga na mahubog ang disiplina at solid na sportsmanship ng bawat atletang Imuseño,” he said, reaffirming his commitment to nurturing local talent under his #CONGkretongAJenda and #AlagangAdvincula programs.
Mayor Alex Advincula also expressed his full support, emphasizing the city government’s dedication to providing opportunities for athletes to excel. “Ang ating mga kabataan ay may malaking potensyal.
