SSS Honors Exemplary Employees in 2026 Best Employees Awards Program
Quezon City, Philippines — October 2026 — The Social Security System (SSS) proudly recognized three of its finest employees during the 2026 Best Employees Awards Program, a flagship initiative that underscores the institution’s commitment to innovation, accountability, and ethical public service.
SSS President and Chief Executive Officer Robert Joseph M. de Claro emphasized that the program is designed to inspire excellence across the organization. “The Best Employees Awards Program highlights the dedication, professionalism, and commitment of SSS employees who go beyond the routine performance of their duties. Their contributions help advance the SSS mission and vision and improve the delivery of service to our members and stakeholders,” de Claro said.
Among this year’s honorees are:
- Levana M. Langgaman, Corporate Executive Officer II of the Branch Accounting Department, who received the Best Supervisor Award for her innovative leadership and consistent ethical conduct that strengthened her unit’s performance.
- Dr. Jose Noriel A. Fabroa, Medical Specialist II of the Medical Operations Department, awarded Best Customer Service Employee for his dedication to delivering prompt, accurate, and compassionate service that elevated customer satisfaction.
- Jetro O. Taniegra, Human Resource Specialist of the Performance Management and Employee Relations Department, recognized as Best Support Service Employee for his reliable and efficient contributions to internal operations and organizational effectiveness.
The awards program not only celebrates outstanding performance but also reinforces the values enshrined in Republic Act No. 6713 (Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees), the SSS Code of Ethical Standards, and the agency’s corporate values of trust, empowerment, and teamwork.
