Mayor Alex Advincula Leads Prosthetic Leg Distribution Program in Imus
Imus City, Cavite – Demonstrating the city government’s commitment to inclusive public service, Mayor Alex “AA” Advincula personally spearheaded the distribution of prosthetic legs to three Imuseños in need.
The beneficiaries include Ina Charisse Sarceda, 31, of Bucandala 1; Hanielyn Magno, 15, of Bucandala 2; and Rodjie Garcia, 45, of Bayan Luma 7. Each recipient received a prosthetic leg designed to help them regain mobility, confidence, and independence.
Mayor Advincula emphasized that programs like this reflect the city’s dedication to uplifting lives and ensuring that persons with disabilities are given opportunities to live actively and productively.
“Hangad po natin na sa pamamagitan ng mga ganitong programa, mas marami pa tayong matulungan na muling maging aktibo at makapamuhay nang mas maayos at may higit na kumpiyansa,” Mayor Advincula said.
The initiative underscores Imus LGU’s vision of a compassionate and responsive government, one that prioritizes the welfare of its citizens and ensures that no one is left behind.
