Cavite City Launches New Animal Rescue Vehicle to Strengthen Animal Welfare Services

Cavite City — Demonstrating its commitment to caring for all lives, not only people but also animals, the City Government of Cavite under the leadership of Mayor Denver Chua proudly unveiled the new Animal Rescue Vehicle for the City Veterinary Office.

This specialized vehicle will enable the City Vet team to respond more efficiently to animals in distress. Rescued pets and strays will be brought to the Cavite City Animal Center, where they will receive proper care, medical treatment if needed, and preparation for adoption drives to help them find loving homes.

Mayor Chua emphasized that this initiative reflects Cavite City’s values of compassion and inclusivity:

“Every life matters. By investing in animal welfare, we show that Cavite City is a community that protects, heals, and gives second chances — not only to people but also to our four-legged friends,” Mayor Chua said.

The program follows the guiding principle of Rescue, Rehabilitate, Rehome, ensuring that animals are not only saved but also given opportunities to thrive. With this new vehicle, the City Veterinary Office is more prepared than ever to extend its services and uphold Cavite City’s vision of a safe, caring, and humane community.
