Mayor Strike B. Revilla Named Most Outstanding Local Chief Executive by NAPOLCOM

Sta. Rosa City, Laguna — In a momentous recognition of exemplary leadership and dedication to public safety, Hon. Strike B. Revilla, City Mayor of Bacoor, was awarded the title of Most Outstanding Local Chief Executive as NAPOLCOM Deputized Officer during the Culminating Activity of the 31st National Crime Prevention Week (NCPW) and the 59th Founding Anniversary of the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) held on September 25, 2025, at the Monochrome Events Place, Nuvali.

The prestigious award highlights Mayor Revilla’s unwavering commitment to strengthening law enforcement partnerships and implementing effective crime prevention strategies in Bacoor. As a NAPOLCOM Deputized Officer, he has consistently demonstrated proactive governance, supporting initiatives that enhance police visibility, community engagement, and peace and order in the city.

Under his administration, Bacoor has become a benchmark for local government units striving to create safer communities. Mayor Revilla’s programs have empowered barangays, improved coordination with the Philippine National Police, and fostered a culture of vigilance and cooperation among residents.
