A New Chapter for Carmona City Hall 

Carmona City, Cavite — The City of Carmona proudly marked a historic milestone with the Topping Off Ceremony of its new City Hall, a project that embodies the city’s vision of progress, modern governance, and strengthened public service.

A Symbol of Growth and Partnership

The ceremony was spearheaded by Cong. Roy M. Loyola, whose leadership continues to drive infrastructure initiatives that uplift the community. In collaboration with the Local Government of Carmona, led by Mayor Dahlia A. Loyola and Vice Mayor Cesar L. Ines, Jr., alongside the Sangguniang Panlungsod, the event highlighted the city’s commitment to building a future-ready government center.

The project was made possible through strategic partnerships with the SM Group, SM Prime, and SMDC, represented by Mr. Henry Sy, Jr., Ms. Jessica T. Sy, Engr. Jessel Kabigting, Mr. Gabriel Emmanuelle Laurel, Ms. Grace Evangeline Sta. Ana, and Mr. David Tanael, CEO of StarkOne Construction Corporation. Their collaboration underscores the importance of private-public synergy in realizing transformative projects.

Regional Support and Unity

The ceremony was graced by Governor Abeng Remulla, Vice Governor Ram Revilla, and board members BM Aidel Paul Belamide and BM Ivee Reyes, along with Mayor Ted Carranza of Silang and local councilors. Their presence reflects the broader provincial support for Carmona’s development, reinforcing unity across Cavite’s municipalities.
