Mayor Alex Advincula Leads Efforts to Improve Public Service in Imus
Mayor Alex Advincula personally visited Imuseños today to engage with residents paying their Real Property Tax (amilyar) and those applying for or renewing their business permits. His presence underscored the city government’s commitment to providing accessible and responsive public service, especially during the peak season at the start of the year.
Acknowledging the longer processing times due to the influx of transactions, Mayor Advincula expressed his gratitude for the patience and understanding of Imuseños. He assured the public that the local government is continuously working to streamline systems and improve efficiency in service delivery.
“Tuloy-tuloy po ang pagtanggap at pagbibigay-serbisyo ng Pamahalaang Lungsod. Ginagawa po namin ang aming makakaya na maayos pa lalo ang sistema, at bukas po kami sa inyong mga komento, mungkahi, at opinyon. Handa po kaming makinig at mag-adapt upang patuloy na mapabuti ang aming mga serbisyo para sa inyo,” Mayor Advincula emphasized.
The mayor highlighted the importance of collaboration between the government and the people, stressing that feedback and suggestions from citizens are vital in shaping better services. His leadership continues to embody the principles of transparency, accountability, and genuine care for the welfare of Imuseños.
