Imus City Partners with ASAPHIL for 2026 National Softball Championship
The City of Imus proudly announces its partnership with the Amateur Softball Association of the Philippines (ASAPHIL) as host of the 2026 ASAPHIL Men’s and Women’s Softball National Championship. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in the city’s commitment to sports development and athletic excellence.
In a ceremonial Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing, Mayor Alex “AA” Advincula joined Mr. Venerando Dizer, Board of Director of ASAPHIL, to formalize the partnership. The event highlighted Imus City’s dedication to supporting Filipino athletes and strengthening the growth of softball in the community.
Mayor Advincula emphasized the importance of providing opportunities for athletes to train, dream, and succeed:
“Through this championship, we are not only showcasing Imus as a hub for sports but also opening doors for our athletes to shine on the national stage. Our facilities will continue to be accessible for competitions that inspire excellence and nurture future champions.”
