Governor Francisco Gabriel Remulla Joins Red Cross in “A Day of Gratitude” Celebration

CAVITE — The Philippine Red Cross hosted “A Day of Gratitude,” a heartfelt event honoring the spirit of volunteerism, compassion, and humanitarian service. The gathering brought together volunteers, donors, and civic leaders to celebrate the impact of collective action in saving lives and strengthening communities.

Governor Francisco Gabriel Remulla led the provincial delegation, expressing his deep appreciation for the Red Cross and its unwavering commitment to public service. In his remarks, Governor Remulla emphasized the importance of civic duty and the role of volunteers in building a resilient society. “The Red Cross embodies the values we hold dear — compassion, courage, and community. Every volunteer is a beacon of hope,” he said.

The event featured recognition ceremonies for outstanding volunteers, interactive exhibits on disaster response and blood services, and a symbolic blood donation drive. Under Governor Remulla’s leadership, Cavite has expanded its partnership with the Red Cross, launching province-wide blood donation campaigns and enhancing disaster readiness programs.
